Rabbit Stew

While scrolling through the bon appetit archives as I love to do so much, I came across this recipe for beef stew. However, since I didn’t have any beef on hand I decided to use the fresh rabbit I had just purchased at the local farmer’s market. I made enough for six since I like to have the leftovers for lunch.
