Taste of Spain

Last night I made paella for the very first time. I chose to go with a seafood paella that had clams, tilapia, shrimp, and crab. A pitcher of sangria was necessary to pair , and it would also be a great pick me up for a hot summer day. I used a prosecco infused with strawberries, nectarines, and a hint of mint for the sangria.

I used this recipe for the paella.
